Requirements

We are looking for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) / IdentityNow (IDN) Developers to design develop integrate and support IAM solutions. The role involves implementing identity lifecycle processes access governance workflows and application integrations using SailPoint best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain SailPoint IIQ/IDN components including workflows rules forms connectors and provisioning policies.
  

• Configure identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) access certifications role management and policy enforcement.
  

• Develop custom rules using Beanshell/Java for identity governance workflows.
  

• Integrate SailPoint with various applications using connectors (LDAP AD JDBC REST SCIM etc.).
  

• Perform debugging issue resolution and enhancements in existing SailPoint implementations.
  

• Support production deployments upgrades and performance optimization.
  

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  

• Implement IAM best practices access controls and compliance standards.
  

• Create documentation for design configurations and operational procedures.
  

• (For senior levels) Lead SailPoint design architecture integration strategy and mentor junior developers.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
  

• Proficiency in Java Beanshell XML SQL and scripting.
  

• Knowledge of IAM concepts: provisioning governance RBAC SOD authentication & authorization.
  

• Experience integrating applications via REST SOAP JDBC LDAP AD.
  

• Understanding of directory services identity lifecycle and access governance models.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud IAM Azure AD Okta CyberArk (plus).
  

• Knowledge of SAML OAuth OIDC SCIM.
  

• Experience with version control (Git) CI/CD pipelines and agile practices.
  

• SailPoint certification (IIQ/IDN) preferred.
