What you will do:
Campaign Management:
Plan create and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads Facebook Instagram and others.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CTR CPC ROI and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives targeting and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Campaign Optimization:
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
A/B test creatives landing pages ad copies and audiences. Implement conversion tracking pixel setups and event troubleshooting.
Improve CAC CPL ROAS and overall campaign efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics platforms.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Budget Management:
Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor daily spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget limits.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad visuals.
Coordinate with the content team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Stay Updated on Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in paid advertising and social media platforms.
Identify new opportunities for campaign innovation and growth.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field. 3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on search and social platforms. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory). Knowledge of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). Familiarity with audience targeting techniques (e.g. demographics interests). Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Creative thinking to develop engaging ad content that resonates with audiences.
