We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Tech Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- Define product vision roadmap and take ownership of the product/project while ensuring thorough communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs prioritize items and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Work closely with the Scrum and business teams to maintain and groom product backlog based on the business needs
- Focuses on the technical aspects and feasibility of the product.
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the product vision strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Technical Leadership: Leverage your expertise in AWS and MERN stack to guide technical teams and ensure feasibility and scalability of product features.
- Backlog Management: Own the product backlog and prioritize features enhancements and technical debt in alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design and QA teams to ensure that product requirements are clearly communicated and delivered efficiently.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback manage expectations and provide updates on product progress.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Collect customer feedback analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the product.
- Agile Methodology: Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage product development cycles ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the product meets high standards of quality and performance by working closely with QA teams and ensuring thorough testing processes.
- Experience: 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner with a strong focus on technical products.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with AWS (EC2 S3 Lambda etc.) and cloud architecture.
- Familiarity in MERN stack (MongoDB React ) RESTful APIs for understanding development constraints and driving product features.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience with AWS (EC2 S3 Lambda etc.) and cloud architecture.
- Agile Knowledge: Strong experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Product Management: Experience in defining product roadmaps managing backlogs and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to prioritize features and make quick informed decisions based on technical feasibility and business impact.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (preferred)
