Job Summary

Digital Operations RPA (UiPath) Monitoring & Incident Management

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath support and administration

  • Strong experience using Dynatrace ELK Stack and PagerDuty for monitoring and alerting

  • Proven experience working in production support environments in a lead capacity

  • Deep understanding of Incident Management Change Management and Service Management processes (ITIL)

  • Experience working in shift-based support models

  • Ability to distinguish L1 vs. L2 tasks create backlog items and identify opportunities for toil reduction / automation

  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across digital systems


.NET / Full-Stack Engineering

  • 8 years of strong design and development experience using:

    • C# .NET / .NET Core Web API MVC

    • Front-end: Angular or React

  • 3 years of experience in database development using SQL Server / Oracle / Sybase

    • Expertise in writing complex stored procedures

    • Experience with SSIS and SSRS

  • Experience working in financial domain applications

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines and tools such as Git SVN Jira UCD Jenkins

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum / RAD development environments

  • Nice to have:

    • Experience with container technologies: Docker Kubernetes OpenShift

    • Exposure to cloud platforms and big-data technologies

    • Experience setting up applications on Linux/Windows servers including IIS or Nginx

    • Working knowledge of APAC Regulatory Reporting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical challenges

  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and business functions
