COMPENSATION: $32.60 - $37.07 per hour

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 10th 2026

INTRODUCTION:

New Path Youth and Family Services is an accredited childrens mental health agency providing a range of compassionate innovative and accessible services for children youth and their families throughout Simcoe County. PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Application Support Administrator optimizes the client information system (CIS) to support quality assurance and improvement initiatives prepare statistical and Ministry reports and deliver training and support to end users.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. College diploma in computer sciences information systems or business administration with courses in database management and statistics.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience working with databases data reporting custom report creation and data visualization tools.
  3. Knowledge of and experience with client information systems in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  4. Demonstrated experience managing confidential client information.

  10. Competency and effective use of database and Microsoft Office systems.
  11. Confident articulate and professional when communicating verbally and in writing.
  12. French Language is an asset.


WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Some evening hours may be required.
  2. Work from home opportunities for up to 14 hours per week.
  3. Willingness to travel to other agency offices using personal vehicle. Must have a valid drivers license with minimum G2.
  4. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  5. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
