We are seeking a dynamic Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive sales of our Business Transformation Management (BTM) in Switzerland. As part of SAPs strategic BTM business unit youll be at the forefront of digital transformation working with enterprise customers to deliver measurable business outcomes through our integrated solution portfolio.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As a Senior Solution Sales Executive (f/m/d) you will own and execute complex sales cycles with an entrepreneurial mindset that goes beyond traditional revenue targets. Youll focus on developing deep customer relationships driving genuine business transformation and converting customers into raving fans who become advocates for SAPs BTM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entrepreneurial Ownership: Act as a trustedbusiness owner with full accountability for territory results quickly pivoting strategies based on market changes and customer needs.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Master MEDDPICC methodology to manage complex 6-7 digit opportunities maintaining excellent forecast accuracy and comprehensive territory strategies.
  • Industry Solution Leadership: Combine deep product mastery with strong industry expertise to create impactful industry-specific value stories supported by KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Business Problem Solving: Thoroughly analyze complex business problems and create comprehensive strategies that clearly demonstrate how BTM solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex customer organizations effectively building strategic partnerships and managing multi-level decision-making processes.
  • Solution Demonstration: Deliver tailored sales pitches connecting BTM solutions to customer priorities through compelling demos and value presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Drive team success through knowledge sharing mentoring and collaborative problem-solving while coordinating cross-functional resources.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strategic relationships at the C-level positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Territory Development: Execute comprehensive territory strategies that maximize market coverage and target achievement in your assigned industry vertical.
  • Pipeline Excellence: Maintain strategic pipeline management with disciplined documentation standards and proactive opportunity qualification.

YOUR PROFILE


Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of successful experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of closing large deals.
  • Strong SAP ecosystem knowledge and understanding of Business Suite AI and Integrated Toolchain strategy.
  • Deep industry expertise and established network in a specific industry vertical.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to take full ownership and drive incremental revenue.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC sales methodology with excellent forecast accuracy.
  • Strong solution demonstration capabilities (BTM portfolio preferred).
  • Proven ability to navigate complex corporate environments and influence decision-making at multiple levels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to solve complex multi-dimensional business problems.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills in German and English language skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP methodologies.
  • Knowledge of BPM Process Mining and Enterprise Architecture concepts.
  • Proven track record inmanaging 7-digit transformation deals.
  • Experience coordinating Virtual Account Teams and cross-functional resources.
  • Certification in MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
