The Team: S&P Market Intelligence Credit & Risk Solutions division Credit Solutions Team distribute S&P Global Ratings IP to global markets via desktop feed and api solutions. Our clients span all segments of industry government and capital markets.

Impact & Responsibilities: Contribute your ideas and perspectives to help the Credit Solutions market development (RatingsDirect) team manage the RatingsDirect on Capital IQ Upgrade go-to-market campaign.

For the RatingsDirect Upgrade you will ensure clients and client-facing teams have the content and tools they need to support the migration the latest documentation instructions and other resources blogs on the program level on Sphere Highspot and others.

  • Product or Project management experience on web/desktop platform subscription product preferred

  • Experience in Financial Services or Information Services preferred with credit and/or fixed income experience ideal

  • Proficient PowerPoint and Excel analysis skills (pivot charting etc); you are a strong communicator and presenter.

  • Experience within or working with commercial or client service capacities product management in financial services preferably in the credit space

  • Prior team management experience is preferred.

  • This is a high visibility role where you will work with Credit Solutions sales specialists customer support customer success and the Desktop& Channels team. Your ability to influence outcomes and manage follow-ups is crucial to your success.

  • You will play a critical role in executing the upgrade of an established credit risk user base to a new desktop solution. This is a high-priority Credit Solutions program

  • You will gain insight to user workflows desktop capabilities and have the opportunity to flex your experience as the voice of the customer in recommending and prioritizing enhancements to content and features to further the client satisfaction and the RatingsDirect business.

  • In addition to managing this critical project you will have opportunities to identify and contribute to the execution of campaigns materials and thought leadership supporting RatingsDirect.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $120000 to $145000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Basic Qualifications:

  • You are organized; flexible and able to navigate successful outcomes in parallel departments internally and for our customers.

  • Prioritize follow-ups and always follow-through.

  • Analytical thinking helps you assess and articulate key issues and wins in this project;

  • Patience: this is an important project with impacts on short medium and long term outcomes. (this is going to be a 2-year project)

  • Comfortability and experience with market outreach/meeting with clients (e.g. demonstrating products diagnostic discussions)
