Job Title: ServiceNow Lead ITSM & HRSD
Location: Denver CO (On-site 3-4 days/week)

Rate: $70.00 - $80.00 per hr.
Inabia is seeking a ServiceNow Lead to architect deliver and support enterprise-grade solutions across ITSM and HRSD. This role focuses on platform architecture integration design technical governance and hands-on configuration of modern ServiceNow capabilities.
As the ServiceNow Lead for ITSM and HRSD you will oversee the architecture configuration and delivery of enterprise solutions supporting IT and HR operations. You will guide teams in translating business requirements into robust technical designs managing integrations maintaining data models and ensuring platform scalability. The role also requires deep hands-on experience with Flow Designer HR Case Management Employee Service Center and related ServiceNow capabilities.
Lead ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD implementations enhancements and support.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and platform designs.
Develop integrations (REST SOAP OAuth MID Server) and maintain data models.
Configure Flow Designer UI Policies Widgets Business Rules Script Includes and Client Scripts.
Oversee platform governance architecture standards and solution integrity.
Support HR Case Management Employee Service Center and HR Knowledge workflows.
Guide technical teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
10 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
5 years specialized in ITSM and HRSD modules.
Expertise in JavaScript Glide API Scoped Apps Flow Designer and ATF.
