Software Java Engineer (Code, System design)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong development experience and a
design-thinking approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about
building scalable user-centric solutions and has a solid foundation in software engineering
principles. Knowledge of automation DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a
strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Development
Design develop and maintain high-quality software applications.
Write clean efficient and testable code using modern programming languages and
frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Design Thinking
Apply user-centric design principles to create intuitive and impactful solutions.
Prototype and iterate quickly to validate ideas.

Automation & DevOps (Plus)
Contribute to building CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Assist in infrastructure automation and configuration management.
Support operational excellence through monitoring and reliability practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Core Java tech stack.
Solid understanding of software design principles data structures and algorithms.
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development practices.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Understanding of observability tools and SRE concepts.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
