At Cavendish Nuclear were working to create a safe and secure world together and if you join us you can play your part as a Quality Delivery Lead at our Glasgow Scotland site.
The role
Day-to-day you will
- Driving the development and delivery of quality strategies aligned with Cavendish Nuclears objectives.
- Coaching and advising teams at all levels to embed quality practices.
- Supporting senior leaders in defining processes and setting quality targets.
- Ensuring stakeholder requirements are met through robust management systems.
- Tailoring quality frameworks for specific projects and activities.
This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week based in Glasgow Scotland. Hybrid working patterns are available with of 2-3 days in the office per week.
Essential experience of the Quality Delivery Lead:
- Proven experience in a highly regulated industry.
- Strong background in full project life cycle delivery.
- Previous line management experience (beneficial).
Qualifications for the Quality Delivery Lead:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in engineering quality or related discipline.
Security Clearance
