Green by Nature is seeking a Small Engine Mechnic- Turf & Grounds Equipment to maintain and repair turf mowing and small-plant machinery in our Brisbane workshop. This is a full-time MondayFriday position with early starts and finishes a supplied vehicle PPE uniform and tools giving you everything you need to perform at your best.
This role suits mechanics who enjoy variety autonomy and hands-on problem solving and who want predictable hours without weekend work.
What Youll Work On
- Cylinder mowers ride-ons and turf equipment
- Tractors sprayers and utility vehicles
- Small-plant equipment: blowers trimmers chainsaws
- Light vehicle servicing
- Mechanical hydraulic and basic electrical diagnostics
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Preventative servicing and repairs across a varied fleet
- Diagnosing faults across mechanical hydraulic and electrical systems
- Conducting mobile/onsite repairs when required
- Keeping accurate service records parts usage and workshop housekeeping
- Ensuring safe work practices and WHS compliance
- Supporting field crews with reliable ready-to-use machinery
What You Bring
- Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Diagnostic capability across petrol diesel hydraulic electrical systems
- Strong problem solving and practical judgement
- Manual drivers licence (towing ability an advantage)
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Pride in delivering safe high-quality work
