Educational Minimum Experience:
Preferred Occupational Experience:Prior experience operating swiss machines is highly desirable.
Start Date:This position supports the Manufacturing Construction and Transportation Pathway and is available to start in the Spring Semester (January 2026).
Hours/Location:This is a part-time role working no more than 19 hours per week. The number of hours worked per week and location will vary based on course load. Work is conducted during scheduled course hours Monday - Friday. Modality is in-person.
Salary:Beginning in the fall of 2024 the starting hourly wage for all part-time faculty is $40 per course hour of teaching. Part-time faculty are also compensated for an additional 45 minutes of time for each hour of instruction to cover office hours and prep time which is equivalent to $70 per hour. This starting hourly wage of $40 an hour is non-negotiable unless market conditions dictate otherwise.
