Role Summary

Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring reporting and analyzing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of your clients service-related financials including budgeting forecasting and cost monitoring.
- Efficiently manage change request implementation processes by coordinating testing deployments and system enhancements within the payroll platform.
- Ensure adherence to Zalaris internal controls policies and compliance standards.
- Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g. RPA) transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams and identify further cost optimization opportunities.
- Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.
Your Experience and Skills
- High proficiency in German and English (mandatory)
- In-depth understanding of German payroll (mandatory)
- Experience in outsourcing HR payroll or accounting
- Work experience with SAP HCM is an asset
- Business-minded with an analytical mindset
- Ability to plan prioritize and structure work to achieve results
- Strong customer relationship management and process improvement skills
- Excellent problem-solving presentation and negotiation skills
- Proactive energetic and adaptable attitude
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
