Role definition

The EEA Sales Support Representative provides operational administrative and sales support to Territory Managers across the EEA region. The role ensures smooth execution of the end-to-end sales and credit process high-quality customer and dealer experience and strong compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This position requires accuracy strong time management and the ability to learn processes quickly in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Credit & Documentation Process

  • Support Territory Managers primarily in Romania with day-to-day operational tasks (the support might be extended for other EEA countries)
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all information submitted for credit review (including financial information KYC/AML documents and internal forms)
  • Enter Partners assets and transaction data into internal systems
  • Handle ad-hoc requests such as recalculations and status checks.
  • Communicate with customers and dealer partners regarding required documentation and life of the deal
  • Prepare quotations in line with current products pricing parameters policies and approvals.

2. Compliance & Operational Quality

  • Ensure adherence to procedures controls and audit requirements across all supported markets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems.
  • Report discrepancies and escalate potential risks to the appropriate teams.

3. Internal Coordination & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with Sales Credit Legal Compliance and Customer Service and other supporting teams
  • Proactively identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in regional initiatives system testing or updates to policies and procedures.
  • Provide support during seasonal peaks vacation coverage and cross-country workload balancing.

Skills required

Must-Have

  • Very good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn processes and systems quickly (learning agility).
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service sales support finance leasing banking or similar administrative roles.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel Outlook Word); experience with CRM or workflow systems is a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset and proactive communication style.

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience in financial services leasing or equipment finance.
  • Understanding basic credit or KYC/AML principles.
  • Experience working with regional/multinational teams.
  • Familiarity with dealer networks or B2B sales processes
