As a Head Teacher in our 2s classroom youll lead a warm inquiry-based environment where children are encouraged to explore families feel supported and your expertise is truly valued.

What Youll Do

• Lead your classroom with creativity warmth and purpose.

• Design and implement inquiry-based curriculum that inspires discovery and supports developmental milestones.

• Foster childrens social emotional and academic growth through play conversation and connection.

• Build meaningful relationships with families and communicate regularly about progress and milestones.

• Maintain a safe nurturing and well-organized learning environment.

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of experience as a lead or head teacher.

• Early Childhood Certification (N-6 or B-2) preferred or willing to work toward certification via a study plan.

• Passion for working with young children and a belief that every child is capable curious and full of potential.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
