Job Summary
NOW HIRING LEAD FORKLIFT OPERATOR / LABELER / MATERIAL HANDLER
Location: Anthony Texas. Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule: 4:00 PM 12:30 AM (flexible start time)
Must be available to work overtime and weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Job Summary. We are seeking an experienced Lead Forklift Operator with strong leadership and warehouse experience. This position involves overseeing forklift operators managing workflow and assisting with daily warehouse operations.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of lead experience supervising warehouse forklift operators
Minimum 2 years of consistent forklift operation experience (preferably picking and handling vs. loading/unloading). English/Spanish required.
Must be physically able to work in a warehouse environment
Responsibilities
Monitor dock and storage areas as directed by Supervisor/Manager
Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure productivity standards are met
Manage order flow and assist with inventory oversight
Step in where needed loading unloading labeling forklift operation etc.
Coordinate special warehouse projects
Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or needs
Forklift Operator Duties
Load/unload goods from trucks. Attend forklift assessment class.
Move and stack goods on pallets or crates within the facility
Follow proper inventory and stacking procedures
Check load security and stack empty pallets
Perform daily equipment checks (battery charging lubrication)
Examine products for quality standards
Note: You will not be operating a forklift 100% of the time.
