Job Summary
- Enhance Data Analytics capabilities for Software Factory offerings to improve transparency and developer experience.
- Standardize and harmonize data visualizations to support program management and execution.
- Gather requirements and manage stakeholders across Engineering through active networking and collaboration.
- Lead a small team focused on data analytics documentation and developer portal improvements.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure and content for Developer Portals and dashboards ensuring reliable and actionable information.
- Drive roadmap and implementation for KPIs quality metrics and CI/CD/Test governance through effective dashboards and digital tools.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Data mining analytics and Software Engineering
- Proficient in Technical documentation
- The skills and experience to understand and explain mechanisms about medium/large scale software systems
- Development experience in Python C/C
- Strong communication multitasking problem-solving and planning skills
- Excellent networker and cross-functional team player with a can-do mindset
- Fluency in spoken and written English
