AECOMs Transportation Division is seeking a highly experienced System Integrated Testing and Commissioning Engineer for immediate deployment at the Surat project site office. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the integration testing and commissioning of metro rail systems ensuring seamless functionality and compliance with project requirements. The role involves close collaboration with the senior management team and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the integration of various metro systems including signaling rolling stock power supply track and communication systems.
- Ensure compatibility and seamless interaction between subsystems.
- Plan organize and execute system testing and commissioning activities.
- Develop and review test plans procedures and schedules to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct functional and performance tests for individual systems and integrated systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during testing and commissioning phases.
- Ensure all testing and commissioning activities adhere to safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Verify that systems meet the required performance criteria and project specifications.
- Collaborate with contractors consultants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of testing and commissioning activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress challenges and resolutions.
- Coordinate with the client and other project teams to address any discrepancies or concerns.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper documentation for system handover including test results certifications and as-built drawings.
- Identify and address technical issues during the integration and commissioning phases.
- Propose innovative solutions to resolve complex challenges.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or in Mechanical Electrical
Additional Information :
- A minimum of 20 years of total experience is required.
- At least 7 years of direct experience in metro rail projects with a focus on system integration testing and commissioning.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects particularly metro systems.
