Senior Backend Engineer (C#/.Net) (m/f/d)

Your key responsibilities

You will join one of our product teams and on a daily basis:

Design develop test and deliver robust maintainable software and APIs.
Contribute to architecture and system design through ADRs and reviews.
Participate in agile ceremonies to align with cross-functional teams.
Translate business needs into practical documented technical solutions.
Apply best practices in CI/CD observability and security.
Identify and resolve technical debt to improve system reliability.
Mentor peers and foster a collaborative learning culture.
Measure and improve engineering impact using key metrics.
Maintain clear up-to-date documentation for all components.

What you bring

5 years of hands-on experience with C# and framework.
Skilled in developing and maintaining cloud-based applications.
Experienced with microservices and distributed architectures.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices.
Proficient in SQL Server and Entity Framework (or similar ORMs).
Familiar with cloud platforms; Azure experience preferred.
Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
FinTech or banking industry experience is an advantage.
