The Role:
- Full-time Monday to Friday based out of our fabrication shop in Guelph ON
- Assist the fabrication team with cutting grinding and preparing components and materials
- Assist with light welding tacking and fitting
- Maintain a clean organized and safe fabrication area
- Support inventory deliveries and other general shop duties as required
- 13 years of experience in a similar role - industrial construction manufacturing or multi-trade environments considered an asset
- Experience operating basic hand and power tools (grinders drills metal-cutting tools etc.)
- Arc welding experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Positive proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
