Job Summary
Physical Therapist / PT: Full-Time OR Part-Time
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: FLEXIBLE HOURS! (On-site or hybrid schedule)
Settings: Home Health/SNF/TCU
Home Base: Hutchinson MN (20-mile radius of surrounding area) includes the following locations: Hutchison Hector Buffalo Lake SW Region
Pay: $39 to $53 per hour (Based on experience and qualifying interview.)

Qualifications:
- Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a health care setting; previous experience in home health preferred
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.
- Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
