Your Everyday Provide quality care to patients - leading prioritizing coordinating and delegating all care touchpoints for your patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure appropriate patient care. Respond to patient calls and messages same day. Observe and report patient signs and symptoms of abuse. Recognize and respond to emergencies. Coordinate and plan a treatment strategy to meet identified needs and evaluate responses to nursing and medical interventions keeping quality of care under constant surveillance.
