What this job involves: This position is responsible for the installation repair and maintenance of all base building and critical system machinery and equipment. The role ensures efficient completion of maintenance service requests while minimizing disruption to building operations and maintaining a safe well-functioning facility environment.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Complete maintenance department service requests efficiently with minimal disruption to building operations

Diagnose malfunctioning equipment and determine corrective actions needed to restore satisfactory operating conditions

Perform preventative maintenance on pumps motors boilers chillers cooling towers AHUs FCUs RTUs heat pumps MAUs exhaust fans and associated systems

Order parts and equipment required for repairs maintenance and new installations while maintaining appropriate inventory levels

Ensure compliance with departmental policies for safe storage usage and disposal of hazardous materials

Maintain a clean and safe workplace environment at all times

Manage adequate operating inventory of tools and supplies through preparation of purchase orders and vendor sourcing

Perform periodic supply checks and develop reliable sources for stock materials

Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned by management

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

High school diploma GED or equivalent

5 years of relevant working experience in building maintenance or related field EPA universal license

Valid drivers license

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand sit and walk for extended periods

Ability to bend kneel squat reach and work in various positions to access equipment components

Preferred:

2 years of trades schooling in electrical system design refrigeration and/or HVAC

Location: On-site Malvern PA

Shift/Schedule: 10 Hour Day - 3rd Shift/ Evening Shift

Salary: $65000 - $73000 / year
