Job Title: Inside Service Support Intern

Whatwerelooking for:
We are looking foran Inside Service Support(ISS) ISS team is our first point of contact for customer support for our advanced refrigeration internships are project-basedand focused on developing critical technical skills in support of the DFR InsideServiceand Field Service role willassistour remote technical supportmanagementteamwith skill and experience-levelappropriatesupport process development anddocumentationalong with creation of Knowledge Management and other tools.
Whatyoullbe responsible forinthis role:
The successful candidate will help drive improvements to themost critical will include but is not limited toprocesses critical to the tracking trending and improving of customer contact and issue resolution. The candidate will also critically analyze data to help drive product improvement opportunities andestablishrobust field escalationprocess& will be guided by structural goals andobjectivesandyour manager will offer coaching mentoring and direction.
What are the basicqualifications
Enrollment in 4-year degree program
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
Ability to work independently
Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook Excel PowerPointetc)
What are the preferredqualifications
Analytical and conceptual thinking using logic and reason creative and strategic thinking
Effective with written and oral communications
Problem solving being able to solve complex problems effectively and efficiently
Industrial /Mechanical .
