Experience across General Counsel Legal and Compliance systems: contract-lifecycle management legal matter management document governance e-discovery policy and regulatory-obligations frameworks.
Solid grounding in data architecture: data models lineage metadata controls and regulatory-driven data requirements.
Demonstrated ability to run feasibility phases: options evaluation patterns selection cloud/on-prem trade-offs COTS vs bespoke assessment.
Strong HLD creation capability: integration API patterns security and IAM resilience non-functional requirements and operational considerations.
Fluency in working with cross-functional teams distributed across the UK India and vendor locations. |
