What Youll Be Doing:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of HR professionals

  • Overseeing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring payroll accuracy

  • Driving process improvements and compliance in a dynamic evolving environment

  • Acting as a strategic partner to the business on all things people-related

Requirements:

  • (C2) German and excellent English communication skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role including payroll in Germany

  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a structured compliant environment

  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and payroll regulations

  • 65000 base salary performance bonus

  • Hybrid work model balance flexibility with team collaboration

  • Relocation support up to 1500 (from outside Germany) or 700 (from within Germany min. 100 km to Berlin)
