Our Subaru Service Centre in Castle Hill is seeking a Storeperson/Parts Interpreter to join our Aftersales this position you will play a pivotal role providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. Youll empower and inspire a high-performing collaborative team of diverse and talented professionals driving performance and championing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver on us accelerate strategy.
What youll do
Respond swiftly to queries raised or problemidentified understanding that this is critical to the effective running of the Service department.
Ensure day to day activities are executed in line with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Put away goods against binning report referencing part number quantity and check for visible damage. Any discrepancies to be noted andvalidatedin the shipping binning report
Assistingall retail sites with any stock take requirements
Ensure a friendly and courteous manner when dealing with our customers
Pre-pick service parts to support jobs tocommenceby Technicians
