Our Subaru Service Centre in Castle Hill is seeking a Storeperson/Parts Interpreter to join our Aftersales this position you will play a pivotal role providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. Youll empower and inspire a high-performing collaborative team of diverse and talented professionals driving performance and championing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver on us accelerate strategy.

What youll do

  • Respond swiftly to queries raised or problemidentified understanding that this is critical to the effective running of the Service department.

  • Ensure day to day activities are executed in line with service level agreements and key performance indicators.

  • Put away goods against binning report referencing part number quantity and check for visible damage. Any discrepancies to be noted andvalidatedin the shipping binning report

  • Assistingall retail sites with any stock take requirements

  • Ensure a friendly and courteous manner when dealing with our customers

  • Pre-pick service parts to support jobs tocommenceby Technicians
