What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • High School education G.E.D. or equivalent

  • One year of Print & Mail Center Imaging Center or related experience (such as preparing and scanning incoming membership documents and other corporate records) preferably in a production environment

Skills and Attributes:

  • PC skills

  • Basic math skills

  • Valid state drivers license may be required

  • Basic pallet jack forklift skills desired

What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Operate and maintain mail processing equipment such as inserters sorters and meters to achieve high efficiency and accuracy.

  • Ensure the quality and clarity of documents making adjustments as needed and perform daily preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.

  • Perform a variety of tasks including fulfillment inventory management and department support functions while maintaining a low error ratio and meeting production deadlines.

  • Record and document daily work including meter readings production volumes and any issues that impact production to ensure timely and accurate turnaround of mail processing.

  • Verify the accuracy and quality of all jobs processed for mailing ensuring compliance with USPS regulations and internal customer requirements.

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive materials including member and provider information and stay up-to-date on changes to HIPAA laws and regulations.

  • Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized and maintain adequate stock of supplies and envelopes needed for daily processing of mail.

Work Environment:

  • Overtime hours to maintain department workload priority turnaround schedules.

  • Work is performed in a high-volume yet professional processing environment.

  • Duties are performed by standing and walking back and forth constantly 50-100% of the day while monitoring the equipment for maximum efficiency.

The expected hiring range for a Document Management Tech is $17.75 - 19.00 an hour depending on skills experience education and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.

The bonus target for this position is 5%. The current full salary range for this role is $17.20 - $24.60 an hour.
