IT Network Engineer L2 Belgrade, Serbia

What youll do

• Maintain configure and monitor network equipment (switches routers firewalls) to ensure stable high performance infrastructure across all studio operations.
• Deploy and optimize wireless networks ensuring seamless connectivity with rapid troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Monitor network systems proactively diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently and document all actions to ensure operational continuity.
• Support network services on both Windows and Linux environments managing DNS DHCP VPN and other critical network services.
• Collaborate with internal IT and systems teams to ensure infrastructure security and reliability contributing to network security measures firewall setups and VPN configurations.
• Work within a supportive international team helping deliver secure efficient and highquality network services for live production and gaming platforms.

What were looking for

• Solid handson experience (24 years) in network engineering or IT support with strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment (routers switches).
• Familiarity with TCP/IP VPNs routing protocols (e.g. OSPF BGP) and network diagnostic tools (such as Wireshark PRTG or Zabbix).
• Comfortable working on Windows and Linux systems with practical experience managing network services (DNS DHCP etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills calm under pressure analytical mind and the ability to act proactively when network issues arise.
• Excellent English (C1) both written and spoken communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Willingness to work in shift rotation (including nights) to support 24/7 operations.
