Role Overview

You will support customers via phone email and live chat ensuring smooth and professional service. Full product and systems training is provided.

Main Responsibilities

Provide customer support for account product or service inquiries
Resolve issues with accuracy and professionalism
Document interactions in the CRM
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams when needed

Requirements

Fluent English
EU citizenship or Portuguese work permit
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Willingness to work on-site in Porto
Availability for rotational shifts (MondaySunday)
