Job Summary
Location: On-Site Porto (only local candidates within 30 km)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Language: Native French or C2 level

What Youll Do

Be the friendly voice customers hear when they have questions

Help with technical issues billing questions and account support

Deliver top-tier service through phone email and chat

Use our systems to keep things running smoothly and efficiently
What You Need

Native French or strong C2 level

Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Basic computer knowledge

Must live within 30 km of Porto and work on-site
