Whether its assisting with hardware setup connectivity issues or software guidance youll be the go-to expert calm under pressure clear in communication and committed to getting it right.
What Youll Be Doing:
Deliver expert technical assistance to users in Dutch and English
Guide customers through diagnostics troubleshooting and practical solutions
Translate tech jargon into human language no guesswork no confusion
Escalate complex cases to specialist teams with accuracy and urgency
Document solutions and contribute to process improvement along the way
What Were Looking For:
Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher)
Previous experience in technical support IT helpdesk or customer engineering
Comfortable with hardware software connectivity issues or eager to learn fast
Structured thinking clear communication and a service-first mindset
You enjoy making technology feel easy even when its not
