French Customer Support Associate Work On-site in Beautiful Lisbon

Assist French-speaking customers with friendly solution-oriented support.
Handle inbound queries via phone email and chat.
Offer information guidance and troubleshooting in a clear and professional manner.
Contribute to a positive team environment.

Your Profile

Native French speaker (Metropolitan accent preferred).
Solid command of English (B2).
Must hold EU citizenship or a Portuguese Residence Card.
Ready to move to Lisbon and start soon.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
