Job Summary
Trustbridge Hospice a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to work with us at our Care Center in Delray Beach while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: 7:00am 7:30pm and every other weekend.

Formed from the legacy of Hospice by the Sea and Hospice of Palm Beach County we continue to provide comfort dignity and peace to those facing advanced illness.
What youll Do
- Provides direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Must assist residents with activities of daily living provide for personal care comfort and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of inpatient residents.
- Must also provide and maintain bodily and emotional comfort to Hospice patients/families and to educate and assist the patient/family in maintaining the maximum level of independent living in a safe environment.

- Consistently provide a high level of personalized sincere and engaging service to patients and families always.

- Promptly and effectively address all concerns.

What Youll Need
- Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Six months experience working in hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Must be willing to accept direction and supervision.
- Requires ability to drive a reliable car a good driving record automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
- Must be able to work comfortably with professionals and volunteers.
- Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
