Analista de Nóminas

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Ensure that all payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner according to processes internal controls and policies established by SBD. It is the escalation point for problem resolution and continually seeks process improvements designs and implements improvement initiatives. Manage internal and external relationships with other SBD clients/departments/staff creating relationships of cordiality and good customer service. Follow and promote the mission vision values of SBD Products.

Support Finance in different processes such as Budgeting Forecasting & Month End.

Generate Sistema TRESS reports to perform analytics compliance and processing as required by the job.

Ensure compliance with Mexican Social Security; Infonacot; State and Federal Taxes as calculated by Sistema TRESS.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and ensure the processing of changes in payroll (New Employees Terminations/Severance Salary Increases)

Verify and validate that changes enlisted on top have been made on SUA for IMSS purposes.

Prepare and review payroll calculation Tress System.

Generate the calculation and guarantee weekly payment (Salaries Indirect and Union employees).

Prepare payroll reports requested for Budget Forecast or Month End Process purposes.

Assist in any Tax required matters to our External Tax Consultants.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:

• Accountant Administration
• 5 years of experience in Payroll and Mexican Taxes Social security Payroll Taxes
• Payroll software ( Tress Systems Other )
• Microsoft Office at an expert level.
