Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to support Facilities operations across Singapore and Japan. This role requires deep financial expertise strong analytical capabilities and a forward-thinking mindset to drive cost efficiency strategic planning and AI-enabled productivity. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can independently manage complex financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead forecasting and budgeting for OPEX CAPEX and headcount across Singapore and Japan facilities.

Own and deliver NPV analysis for major capital projects and strategic investments.

Develop and articulate 1-year to 5-year financial plans aligning with corporate strategy and regional growth.

Strategic Initiatives & Cost Optimization

Drive major savings initiatives including vendor renegotiations operational efficiencies and process improvements.

Benchmark ongoing OPEX costs and CAPEX for major projects identifying opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.

Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and execution.

Corporate Stewardship

Collaborate with Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate reconciliations accruals and actuals validation in compliance with corporate policies.

Maintain financial integrity and transparency across all reporting and planning activities.

AI-First Productivity

Champion an AI-first approach to financial analysis and reporting.

Develop and deploy AI tools and automation to enhance accuracy benchmarking and decision support.

Share best practices and train team members on AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.

8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis

Proven track record in capital project evaluation strategic planning and cost benchmarking.

Strong understanding of financial systems modeling and data analytics.

Experience with AI tools and automation in finance is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
