Expert Software Engineer AI Solutions

The Role:

As anExpert Software Engineer you will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade software solutions that seamlessly integrate advanced AI capabilities. This role demands deep technicalexpertisein software engineering combined with hands-on experience in AI implementation to deliver scalable secure and high-performing applications. You will influence architectural decisions set engineering standards and mentor teams on best practices for building agentic and generative AI solutions. Responsibilities:

• Design develop andmaintain(agentic)AIsoftware applicationsin enterprise grade settings

• Lead a scrum team of AI Engineers from a technical implementation perspective

• Collaborate with data engineers and AI specialists to implement machine learning models into production systems

• Build andoptimizeAPIs and backend services for AI-driven applications

• Ensure code quality through reviews testing and adherence to software engineering best practices

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps processes for AI-enabled solutions

• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs

• Troubleshoot andoptimizeAIsolutionand software components for performance and scalability

• Document system architecture workflows and integration points for internal knowledge sharing

• Stay current with emerging AI frameworks and software development trends

What You Bring:

• Bachelors orMasters degree inComputer Science Software Engineering or related field

• Expert-level programming skillsin Python (mandatory) andproficiencywith frameworks likeFlask Django orFastAPI

• Deep understanding ofsoftware architecture design patterns and scalable system design

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications using platforms such as OpenAI Hugging Face or similar

• Strong knowledge ofcontainerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes)

• Hands-on experience withCI/CD tools(e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions) andcloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) including their AI services

• Ability tomentor and guide teams on AI best practices and agentic AI solution design

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English

• Familiarity withMLOpstools (MLFlow Azure ML)

• Understanding of GenAI/AgenticAIconcepts and frameworks

Nice to Have:

• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g. Databricks Spark)
