Position Overview:
The Sales Support Administrator plays a critical role in enabling the success of our sales teams by providing timely assistance and troubleshooting across key platforms and processes. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical and operational issues related to sales tools ensuring smooth execution of agreements and supporting overall sales productivity.
The ideal candidate should be task oriented organized and able to manage several responsibilities simultaneously. While daily functions will be well defined and documented for this role the ideal candidate should possess the ability to be flexible to take on the needs of an ever-changing business. Additionally the candidate should be a quick learner and able to own tasks and results.

Primary Job Duties:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide frontline support for sales teams experiencing issues with Salesforce Chili Piper Gong and other sales enablement tools.
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported problems promptly escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Document & Agreement Management
- Assist with the preparation routing and troubleshooting of Docusign agreements to ensure timely execution
- Sales Process Enablement
- Support scheduling and meeting coordination through Chili Piper.
- Ensure Salesforce data integrity by assisting with updates corrections and best practices
- Tool Optimization & Training
- Act as a resource for sales teams by providing guidance on tool usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Proficient in using CRM systems sales enablement tools and sales enablement strategies.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in sales process and find solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Salesforce and the ability to learn new tools quickly
Skills & Requirements:
- Preferred Knowledge: Docusign Chili Piper and Gong
- Basic Excel Power Point and business intelligence skills
- Education-Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Certifications in sales operations CRM tools or marketing automation a plus
