Dans ce rôle vous devrez
Compétences de gestion et dorganisation dagenda Outlook dun conseiller (courriel et calendrier) dans la planification de rencontres avec les clients et leur priorisation.
Identifier et mettre en œuvre des processus pour améliorer le processus de travail lorganisation et la communication.
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels au nom du conseiller en transmettant les messages urgents en temps utile.
Préparer les comptes de dépenses et examiner les rapports soumis le cas échéant.
Rencontrer quotidiennement le conseiller pour discuter des événements à venir des réunions et de la logistique.
Planification des déplacements et des réunions.
Rédiger et distribuer des courriers électroniques des mémos des lettres et des formulaires.

Ce que vous apportez
Années dexpérience pertinentes requises pour exercer la fonction: 1 à 3 années dexpérience
Expérience en service dans lindustrie de limmobilier commercial: Préféré
Une maîtrise de niveau avancée de la suite Office y compris MS Word Excel et PowerPoint.
Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais
Capacité à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle à tous les niveaux de lorganisation et avec les partenaires extérieurs.
La connaissance de la terminologie de limmobilier est un atout.

In this role you will..
Responsible for managing and organizing the Advisors Outlook (email & Calendar) monitoring emails booking calls with clients understanding priorities.
Identify and implement processes to improve workflow organization and communication.
Answer phone calls and reply to emails on behalf of the Advisor forwarding any urgent messages in a timely manner.
Prepare expense reports and review submitted reports when required.
Meet with Advisor daily to discuss upcoming events meetings and logistics.
Planning for travel and meetings
Write & distribute email correspondence memos letters and forms.
Other duties as required.
What you bring
Relevant years of experience required to perform the role: 1 to 3 years of experience
CRE experience / background to perform the role: Preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written in French and English
Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Knowledge of real estate terminology an asset.
