Job Description
The Vegetation Management Coordinator supports vegetation clearance programs by coordinating crew schedules managing customer inquiries processing work orders and assisting field and contractor teams. This role ensures smooth communication across departments and contributes to program efficiency through documentation and basic data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vegetation clearance scheduling and dispatch of contracted crews.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers contractors and internal teams.
  • Handle high-volume phone and email communication document all interactions.
  • Review and process vegetation-related work orders and program documentation.
  • Support contractors by ensuring safe compliant and efficient operations.
  • Track vegetation data and prepare basic reports for program evaluation.
  • Collaborate with forestry landscape and business support teams.
  • Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid drivers license: occasional travel required.

Experience: 2 years in vegetation management utilities or related field.
Education: Bachelors degree in forestry natural resources environmental science communications or related field or equivalent experience.
