- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the restoration process.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely completion of restoration projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients contractors and team members to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project progress.
- Assist in developing project plans and budgets to meet customer needs.
- Provide updates and reports to clients on project status and next steps.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues on various projects.
- Previous experience in customer service and project management preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of restoration processes is a plus.
- High school diploma required; degree in a related field is a plus.
