Purpose of the Role

This role will lead strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence within various functions. This role requires strong leadership decision-making ability and adaptability to dynamic environmentsqualities that align well with the experience and discipline of veterans.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution ensuring timely delivery and compliance with organisational standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Implement process improvements and risk management strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication across all levels.
• Mentor and develop team members promoting a culture of continuous learning and resilience.

Preferred Background

• Experience in Operations Supply Chain Warehouse Logistics Project Management.
• Familiarity with structured processes and compliance frameworks.
• Defence background with exposure to technical and leadership roles.
