Purpose of the Role
This role will lead strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence within various functions. This role requires strong leadership decision-making ability and adaptability to dynamic environmentsqualities that align well with the experience and discipline of veterans.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project execution ensuring timely delivery and compliance with organisational standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Implement process improvements and risk management strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication across all levels.
- Mentor and develop team members promoting a culture of continuous learning and resilience.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to make quick informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High integrity accountability and initiative.
Preferred Background
- Experience in Operations Supply Chain Warehouse Logistics Project Management.
- Familiarity with structured processes and compliance frameworks.
- Defence background with exposure to technical and leadership roles.
Experience: 10 - 20 years
