This person is responsible to collaborate design develop the application Resource should closely work with business to understand the requirement collaborate with other teams to ensure in following enterprise and application guidelines Resource needs to utilize out of box features in Salesforce and suggest global reusable component Needs to be up to date with latest Salesforce releases Resource should be individual contributor and able to research of possibilities Responsibilities Design and develop solutions that meet Salesforce and enterprise standards Able to assess business requirements and translate into solutions Maintaining solution architecture diagrams Collaborate with stakeholders to make them understand the application and suggest new ideas for their proposed requirement Involve in project estimates and able to do POC as needed Able to utilize fully out of box feature provided by Salesforce Adhere to stakeholders requirements timelines and budgeting requirements Sprint planning estimation requirement analysis and review Assist in troubleshooting production issues post deployment including conducting retrospectives for continuous improvement Staying current with Salesforce updates and new features to recommend improvements and innovations Conducting system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements Providing mentorship and knowledge sharing to technical team members and stakeholders Leading cross functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals Managing the technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation Regularly monitor and review usage of the application and improve the overall quality of the product Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates new capabilities and bring those learnings to improve the application Take an active role in mentoring team performance management process by completing goal setting interim review and year end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedback Adapt and remain effective in a fast paced changing environment Required Skills 4 year bachelors degree in Software Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent 10 years of experience in Salesforce Development 5 years of experience developing using the Salesforce Lightning Platform 4 years of architecture experience Lightning Web Components experience is must Integration implementation via middleware springboot preferred Stro.
