This person is responsible to collaborate design develop the application Resource should closely work with business to understand the requirement collaborate with other teams to ensure in following enterprise and application guidelines Resource needs to utilize out of box features in Salesforce and suggest global reusable component Needs to be up to date with latest Salesforce releases Resource should be individual contributor and able to research of possibilitiesResponsibilitiesDesign and develop solutions that meet Salesforce and enterprise standardsAble to assess business requirements and translate into solutionsMaintaining solution architecture diagramsCollaborate with stakeholders to make them understand the application and suggest new ideas for their proposed requirementInvolve in project estimates and able to do POC as neededAble to utilize fully out of box feature provided by SalesforceAdhere to stakeholders requirements timelines and budgeting requirementsSprint planning estimation requirement analysis and reviewAssist in troubleshooting production issues post deployment including conducting retrospectives for continuous improvementStaying current with Salesforce updates and new features to recommend improvements and innovationsConducting system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirementsProviding mentorship and knowledge sharing to technical team members and stakeholdersLeading cross functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goalsManaging the technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementationRegularly monitor and review usage of the application and improve the overall quality of the productStay up to date with Salesforce platform updates new capabilities and bring those learnings to improve the applicationTake an active role in mentoring team performance management process by completing goal setting interim review and year end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedbackAdapt and remain effective in a fast paced changing environmentRequired Skills4 year bachelors degree in Software Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent10 years of experience in Salesforce Development5 years of experience developing using the Salesforce Lightning Platform4 years of architecture experienceLightning Web Components experience is mustIntegration implementation via middleware springboot preferredStrong understanding of multiple app architecture and able to design robust solutionsExperience applying software engineering design patterns including a strong understanding of object oriented concepts coding standards and practicesStrong understanding of web services including SOAP REST standards and security models integration patterns and methodsStrong understanding of HTML CSS and JavascriptExperience working in a fast pace Agile development environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsResults oriented individual with strong mentoring and problem solving skillsProficient in using Integrated Development Tools such as IntelliJ Eclipse Visual Studio along with Source Control Systems such as gitNice to HaveSalesforce Developer and Architect CertificationsUS Healthcare ExperienceExposure to CRM Service Issue Management applicationsDevelopment experience using Java or NET tech stacksExperience using one or more of the following tools Jenkins Docker Openshift
