Overview
SEDR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Demolition/Civils Site Supervisor to oversee demolition enabling works and below-ground pipework removal across Scotland and the North of England. This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor with strong knowledge of demolition practices site safety and multi-site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise structural and industrial demolition works
Lead removal of pipework underground services and decommissioned utilities
Manage labour plant subcontractors and daily site activities
Deliver site inductions briefings toolbox talks and safe systems of work
Ensure compliance with CCDO standards HSE legislation and approved RAMS
Maintain daily reports check sheets and site documentation
Liaise with engineers clients and internal project teams
Uphold high safety quality and productivity standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
CCDO Supervisor (or Manager level)
SSSTS minimum (SMSTS desirable)
EUSR / EU RS qualification beneficial
Proven background in demolition and/or civils enabling works
Experience managing crews or multiple work fronts
Strong understanding of HSE standards (HSG47 HSG150)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
