Summary
A global healthcare company is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead the evolution of an enterprise-grade AI chatbot supporting internal employees across multiple functions. You will drive the product strategy roadmap and optimization of the solution ensuring a reliable guided and scalable digital assistant that enhances employee experience and operational efficiency. The role sits within the Digital Data & AI organization and involves close collaboration with business teams technical teams and external partners.
Main Responsibilities & Key Activities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap.
Conduct competitive and market analysis related to enterprise chatbots and AI assistants.
Establish KPIs and success metrics (adoption engagement containment satisfaction etc.) and monitor performance.
Prioritize use cases and assess value vs. cost for roadmap decisions.
2. User Experience & Design:
Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance the chatbot experience.
Collaborate with UX/UI to refine interaction flows tone and usability.
Define personas journeys and use cases for various internal user groups.
3. Technical Product Management:
Work with AI/ML engineers to improve chatbot capabilities (NLP agentic functions knowledge retrieval).
Manage integration requirements with enterprise systems (HR ITSM Finance etc.).
Oversee training data quality and knowledge base governance.
Define functional and non-functional requirements: performance scalability reliability and security.
4. Stakeholder Management:
Partner with internal teams to identify new use cases and automation opportunities.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to leadership.
Coordinate regular governance routines and cross-functional workshops.
Manage relationships with technology partners and external solution providers.
5. Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor analytics (success rate fallback CSAT adoption).
Conduct A/B tests on new flows features and prompts.
Produce regular performance reports and drive continuous improvements.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of professional experience including 35 years in digital product management.
Experience managing the full lifecycle of digital products ideally AI/ML or enterprise software.
Strong background working in agile environments.
Solid experience collaborating with technical data and business teams.
Prior involvement in chatbot conversational AI or LLM projects is a strong advantage.
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field.
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
Product management certifications are a plus.
