Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant to lead and manage three critical aspects of our learning programs.

  1. Customer Partnership & Success
  2. Operations & Project Management
  3. Learning Consulting & Program Design

You will work on one of the most important Digital Transformation topics of our time: AI Adoption.

Tasks

Customer partnership & success

  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with them understanding their unique training needs and challenges together in collaboration with Sales
  • Identify learning needs and convert them into program strategies.
  • Manage expectations feedback loops and success metrics.

Operations & project management

  • Coordinate timelines resources trainers and delivery across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure programs run smoothly on time and within scope.
  • Track risks milestones and operational metrics.
  • Oversee trainer allocation onboarding and performance follow-up.

Learning consulting & program design

  • Lead the architecture of blended learning programs.
  • Translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality.
  • Iterate programs based on learner data and evidence.

Your impact:**

  • Influence the design quality of enterprise programs measured by NPS
  • Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcome for enterprise customers like hours back to the business or confidence in AI Adoption.
  • Shape and collaborate with the team on how our methodology evolves with customers

Requirements

Necessary:

  • 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management preferrably L&D Departments of large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen persuade and support
  • Who if not you. You have Experience in a Startup with between 10-50 employees. You are motivated to take ownership and shape this company together.
  • Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in designing learning programs especially blended learning concepts
  • Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies
  • Knowledge about Winning by Design
