We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant to lead and manage three critical aspects of our learning programs.

- Learning Consulting & Program Design
You will work on one of the most important Digital Transformation topics of our time: AI Adoption.
Tasks
Customer partnership & success
- Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with them understanding their unique training needs and challenges together in collaboration with Sales
- Identify learning needs and convert them into program strategies.
- Manage expectations feedback loops and success metrics.
Operations & project management
- Coordinate timelines resources trainers and delivery across all stakeholders.
- Ensure programs run smoothly on time and within scope.
- Track risks milestones and operational metrics.
- Oversee trainer allocation onboarding and performance follow-up.
Learning consulting & program design
- Lead the architecture of blended learning programs.
- Translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality.
- Iterate programs based on learner data and evidence.

Your impact:**
- Influence the design quality of enterprise programs measured by NPS
- Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcome for enterprise customers like hours back to the business or confidence in AI Adoption.
- Shape and collaborate with the team on how our methodology evolves with customers
Requirements
Necessary:
- 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management preferrably L&D Departments of large enterprises.
- Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen persuade and support
- Who if not you. You have Experience in a Startup with between 10-50 employees. You are motivated to take ownership and shape this company together.
- Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in designing learning programs especially blended learning concepts
- Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies
- Knowledge about Winning by Design
