Job Summary

Role: LIMS Implementation Analyst Experience & Domain

5 years as LIMS Implementation Analyst / Integrator Analyst in GxP environments
Biotech pharma or other science related project experience
Strong hands on coding and web programming focus

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain integration and web components using Python and JavaScript
Implement and integrate Laboratory Informatics Systems (LIMS and related apps)
Build and consume REST APIs; orchestrate data flows between multiple systems
Perform file based parsing transformations and data manipulation
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and application issues in GxP environments
Document technical solutions configurations and integration flows
Provide end user training and deployment support as needed
Collaborate with cross functional teams while functioning as an individual contributor

Required Skills

Strong experience as LIMS Implementation Analyst / Integrator
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; familiarity with at least one modern programming language/framework
Solid experience with RESTful API integration and system to system connectivity
Experience with file based interfaces (CSV JSON XML etc.) and parsing
Exposure to GxP projects and validation practices
Understanding of laboratory workflows data management and Laboratory Informatics Systems
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of database design SQL and query optimization
Experience with additional programming languages or web frameworks
Prior hands on work in a laboratory or lab IT setting

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field

Work Environment

Office or hybrid/remote setup
May require occasional travel to client / lab sites
Collaboration with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
