Job Summary
Summary: We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong IBM Curam framework expertise to design develop and maintain enterprise applications for social program management. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Java/J2EE Curam SPM components with a strong understanding of software design integration and performance optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Develop and enhance application modules using IBM Curam framework and Java/J2EE technologies.-Design implement and customize Curam out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality and business services.
-Integrate Curam with external systems using web services (REST/SOAP) and Spring Boot APIs
.-Participate in requirement analysis technical design coding unit testing and code reviews.
-Support build and deployment activities including environment configuration and troubleshooting.
-Collaborate with functional and QA teams to resolve defects and improve application performance.
-Guide and mentor junior developers and support onboarding of new resources.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Strong hands-on experience with Java J2EE JDBC and XML.
-Proficiency in IBM Curam SPM 7.x / 8.x including development and configuration.
-Experience in Curam modeling tools UIM development and Curam Server Components.
-Familiarity with build tools like Ant Maven and version control (Git).
-Good understanding of SQL and experience with DB2 or MySQL.
-Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in large-scale enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
-Experience with Curam certification (Curam Developer or Curam Business Analyst).
-Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
