Job description

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team The ideal candidate will have expertise in both regression techniques and unsupervised machine learning methods You will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to solve complex problems and enhance our data driven decision making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement regression models using Boost and neural networks.
Apply unsupervised machine learning techniques such as PCA kmeans and SVMs to analyse and interpret data.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize and finetune machine learning models for performance and scalability.
Conduct data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python and SQL is a must.
Experience with DataBricks is a plus.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
Handson experience with XGBoost neural networks PCA kmeans and SVMs
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Required Experience

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in data science or a related field
Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools and techniques

Experience in a collaborative team environment working with cross functional teams
