Job Description

Position : AWS Connect Engineer with LEX AWS Lambda Routing Schema Bedrock & LLM

Location : NJ TX DE - Onsite

Duration : Long term contract

Must Have : Banking Domain Experience

Primary Responsibilities and Skills:

In-depth knowledge and Strong hands on exp on
AWS Lambda - Python/Java/
Experience with Amazon Connect SDK
Amazon Connects Precision routing schema
Amazon Connects API
Amazon Integration with API
Lex - chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda)
Bedrock Bedrock Agent Bedrock AgentCore
LLMprompt engineer Nova Claude OpenAl
Amazon Connect Contact Flow design

Good to have hand on in Cloud & Container technologies :

AWS Pivotal Cloud Foundry Kubernetes & Docker
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

Interpersonal Skills:

Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent team player able to work with virtual teams.
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance from team manager due to the fast pace and high-volume of work managed by the team.
Able to talk to client directly and report to client/offshore.
Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch.
